Amber focuses her practice on civil litigation, probate, estate planning, family and elder law. Amber is also experienced in municipal law and serves as the prosecutor for the City of Ely.
Amber’s practice routinely requires both civil and criminal court appearances where she is a zealous advocate for her clients. Amber has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants with civil litigation claims, motion hearings, and mediation. Amber routinely attends probate court having experience in handling both small and complex estates, as well as, guardianships and conservatorships. Amber assists her family law clients with divorces, child custody and child support matters.
Amber also provides estate planning assistance to clients. Whether you are looking for a Will or full estate plan, Amber will guide you through the planning process and routinely drafts Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney. Amber also provides guidance on elder law issues, such as medical assistance.
Amber is a native of the Iron Range and she is proud to give back to the communities she serves.
