Paralegal Tammy Johnson works primarily with attorney Kelly Klun in the areas of real estate, estate planning and business. Tammy has a paralegal certificate, as well as a bachelor’s degree and a massage certificate. She particularly enjoys working in the area of estate planning, watching clients plan for their future and provide for their loved ones, for many, having their dreams come to fruition.

Tammy’s organizational skills, attention to detail and caring personality lend themselves well to meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations. Tammy enjoys getting to know the clients and will always take the time to meet with clients to be sure they feel comfortable, understand what is happening with their legal matter and answer their questions. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to share it with her two young boys. She also is an avid reader, likes to fish and enjoys watching area wildlife.

I thoroughly enjoy helping clients and ensuring their legal journey will be a smooth and successful one. It makes me feel good at the end of the day to know I eased a client’s mind, as they know their legal needs are understood and being met.

Attorney Amber Peterson is a native of northern Minnesota and is proud to give back to the communities she serves.  Amber’s practice includes guiding clients through a variety of Residential Real Estate transactions.  Amber enjoys assisting clients with their Estate Planning needs whether the client is looking for a Will or complete estate plan. Amber routinely drafts Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney. Amber is dedicated to helping her senior clients with their individual needs and is happy to assist with guardianship and conservatorship matters, long-term care planning and Medicare questions.  Amber services areas throughout Minnesota, however, her primary service area includes Northern Minnesota and the communities of Virginia, Gilbert, Eveleth, Aurora, Hibbing, Ely, Grand Rapids, Cloquet, and Duluth.

When Amber is not working or participating in community activities, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and taking part in a variety of outdoor activities.
